architect designed house in Coogee
A 1970's architectural designed house in Coogee, overlooking Gordon's Bay. Many of the original features were kept and bespoke Meinertz finned tubed heaters custom-made in Denmark were used to complement the industrial style finish. Even the radiator valves were an unfinished brass in keeping with this theme.
heritage listed house in Gladesville
Bringing warmth and comfort to a beautiful sandstone Federation heritage home! This residence c1890s is a local landmark with restored period features.
We installed the boiler internally with a vertical flue so that there was no visual impact on the exterior of the house.
Traditional cast iron feature radiators were installed in the drawing room and office and steel panel radiators were fitted in the bedrooms.
A radiator was also fitted in the hallway under the coat rack for drying the coats in winter.
2.5 bathroom reno in Middle Cove
2 full bathrooms and the separate toilet/basin where completely gutted back to the joists and stud walls. From there, the bathrooms were completely redesigned and reconfigured to suit the client's custom-designed and bespoke vanity units, with caesar stone waterfall benchtops. All the shower screens were also custom made and had to be installed millimeter perfect in order to sit flush on the stone top.

Warm and happy customers in Randwick! They were especially happy with a beautiful ice-gold vertical radiator they chose for the hallway. It was a special order from Italy and they were very happy with the result.
traditional cast iron radiators in Bellevue
To complement a beautifully renovated 1920's old Vicarage house in Bellevue with views of the harbour, traditional cast iron radiators were used on the entire ground floor and in the common areas upstairs. Steel panel radiators were installed in the bedrooms.
The Bosch boiler was installed internally in the garage.

We were called in to rectify and complete an underfloor heating system started by another company. We also installed radiators in all the bedrooms and a Bosch boiler.

underfloor heating in Haberfield
A house renovation and extension required underfloor heating in the family room, kitchen and laundry to the rear of the house.

The Builder contacted us when the designated underfloor heating company was not able to complete the installation as per the Architects specifications.
We worked with the Builder and Architect to devise a solution and installed the underfloor piping to the underside of the steel mesh throughout the entire ground floor before the slab was poured.
The upstairs was an in-screed installation in the bathrooms.
replace a rusty system in Lawson
The Client had an underfloor heating and radiator system installed by another company approximately 12 years ago when undertaking a renovation and extension. This was incorrectly installed and caused all the radiators to go rusty.
We removed the existing boiler and hot water unit. We installed a new Rinnai 26i for the hot water and a Bosch boiler and a Barretta connect-base unit for the underfloor heating and radiators. We also replaced all the radiators.
